spacious and immaculate 2- bedroom 2-BA apartment in great south Palm Canyon location with well-maintained grounds and pool. Over the years I have stayed as a guest of a time-share owner in this 20-unit property, now that it rents excess inventory by the night, I booked myself into the property this past weekend. For the price of a modest hotel room, I was able to enjoy an entire apartment. Fully furnished apartments, while a bit dated, are a trade-off for the well-designed 1600 sq ft apartments. The apartment layout has a bedroom on each side of the living room, so lots of privacy. Living room has a small desk with electrical outlet to charge electronics, sofa, loveseat and easy chair plus occasional tables. Outdoor patio includes table with 4 chairs. Master bedroom has walk-in shower, both bathrooms have double sink. Second bedroom has two full-size beds. glass top dining table seats 6. Kitchen is fully equipped with pots & pans, dishes, and includes washer/dryer, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave , small appliances include a blender, drip coffee maker and 4-slice toaster. The staff here is extremely service-oriented and the complex is quiet at night. Security gates are closed for the evening so security is also good. These apartments are perfect for couples, families, business people on extended stay, or small groups of friends. This is NOT a party property and if you crave excitement and non-stop partying this is not the place for you.

A timeshare complex with the largest space inside each unit. They used to be apartments. Large kitchen with all tools and appliances. Huge Living Rm, large Patio outside. Pool and hot tub were great! Need a car to shop and get around. Congested parking spaces but free street parking. Friendly staff but this was over Christmas (off). Do not service rooms for 8 days. Quiet location away from the scene with sparse internet due mountain ridge, ceiling noise loud. Low sinks. The large living space, kitchen with utilities, hot tub were the best

This place had been without doubts, one of my favorite! Super quiet and relaxing ubication, clean and neat property. The Casitas del Monte are spacious, well equipped and clean. Mine had 2 rooms, 2 entire bathrooms, 2 walking closets, a big leaving room, kitchen and dinner room, and a private balcony. Isn't count with free parking, you have to pay $25×night or leave your cae in the street, which by the way is secure and quiet.

This was our third stay at Casita's, and it has truly become my favorite place to stay whenever we’re in Palm Springs. Each visit feels like coming home, thanks to the warm atmosphere and excellent hospitality. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The condos are incredibly spacious and impeccably clean, offering a perfect balance of style and coziness. It's rare to find accommodations that consistently deliver such high standards, but Casita's manages to do so every time. Whether you're visiting for a short getaway or an extended stay, I highly recommend Casita's as a top choice in Palm Springs. Can't wait to return!

Immaculately clean, comfortable, and well-located: we enjoyed our stay at Casitas del Monte. The interior may not be stylish, but it's roomy, clean, comfortable and fairly-priced. We appreciated the peace and quiet, and the way the apartments are designed to stay cool (we barely used the A/C even with daytime highs well into the 90s). We were visiting family so didn't really take advantage of the pool, but wish we had - it was very nice. Best part was the location, convenient to downtown restaurants and a short walk to beautiful hiking trails.

This resort hotel has grills by the pool (cleaned every morning), 1600 ft² rooms, cleaner than clean, fully stocked kitchens, refrigerator with ice maker!!!! It was very nice ... Vintage Palm springs ◉⁠‿⁠◉

This place is great. It has all the amenities needed, very spacious, and beautiful scenery. I would totally recommend this place for vacation or just a weekend to relax.

At check-in, query whether there is a charge for parking....I got stung for $75 when there is free parking a few metres from the accommodation on the public highway. Paying for parking on the site does not provide extra security for vehicle, as access is open to the public.
